Compilations are performed in accordance with Statements and Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Pubic Accountants.

A compilation is limited to presenting in the form of financial statements information that is the representation of management.  Accordingly, compiled financial statements are neither audited nor reviewed and there is no expression of an opinion or any other assurance of them.
